Privacy & Safety
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If you would like us to remove any information that may be stored by us, for example after purchasing, using our service or contacting us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will remove you from our system.
Online Interior Design Services
Our online interior design service uses your measurements, so please be aware that these will be an important part to ensuring that items will fit your space. We will send measurements of all larger items so that these can be measured in your space too, and please check that you have no restrictions for items when it comes to delivering larger pieces. We recommend before items are ordered that samples are obtained, including paint samples as colours do vary and may look different in your natural light. If you find that part of a scheme does not appear to work, we will re-look at your design and get samples sent out.
What are we going to need you to send us?
Measurements of your room (as detailed as possible as this is important to make sure furniture fits).
Photographs of the room (as many views as possible).
Existing furniture photographs (if needed).
Photographs of items/ideas/style already seen.
We connect through email as much or as little as you want, meaning you can contact us when you need and we always get back to you within the day.
Well the process is as easy as one, two, three...
One. You choose the service that suits your needs and send us an email with this information. ( We will provide you all the information and pricing for the packages to help you make the best decision which package suits you, with questions and suggestions where to take measurements, and which imagery will help us to get a better understanding of your likes and dislikes.)
Two. We start pulling ideas together to create an initial mood board, with emails going back and forth to make sure we are on the right track with likes and dislikes.
Three. Depending on which package you choose we produce mood boards, floor plans, visuals, shopping list, and description of where all items go. These all come over to you by email (also by post with samples with full design package).
You can then get shopping for all your items to create a home you will love.

How Clearpay Works-
EASY SIGN UP
Select Clearpay as your payment method once on the checkout page. All you need is your debit or credit card. You must be 18 or older and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify.
INSTANT APPROVAL & SHIPMENT
There are no long forms to fill out. You will receive an instant approval decision and your order will be shipped within our regular time frames.
NO EXTRA FEES
Clearpay is always zero interest. There are never any additional fees when you pay on time. *Automatic payment taken every two weeks.
VIEW ORDERS & MAKE PAYMENTS
After your order has been processed, you can log in to your account to view your orders, make payments and manage account details.
WHAT IS CLEARPAY?
Clearpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every two weeks without any interest.
HOW DO I USE CLEARPAY?
Just shop with us and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Clearpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just login to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy! Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay, and the cart value must be between £10 and £800.
CAN I USE CLEARPAY IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. We also unfortunately, do not ship internationally.
HOW DOES THE CLEARPAY SCHEDULE WORK?
All Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks in equal instalments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may login to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY MY CLEARPAY INSTALMENT?
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE CLEARPAY?
Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery time frames like any order from Ka Interiors. Free delivery is available on all orders over £75.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE CLEARPAY TRANSACTION?
Yes, your cart value must be between £10 and £800 to use Clearpay.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH CLEARPAY?
Clearpay returns follow our standard return process. Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from Ka Interiors to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Clearpay online account. Have more questions about Clearpay returns? Go to help.clearpay.co.uk. WHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT CLEARPAY?
*Your payment schedule will be emailed to you. If funds are not available at the time an automatic payment is due, you will be charged a late fee of £6. If left unpaid an additional seven days, another fee of £6 will be charged. However, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.
