Shipping Policy

We aim to get all orders to you within 5-7 working days. If the product is a personalised item this may take a day or two more, however, this will be shown on individual items. 

Where specified, some items come directly from our supplier, which will be specifically ordered for you. They aim to deliver between 5-7 working days.

£4.99 for standard delivery 

Free Delivery when you spend over £75

We use Royal Mail/Parcelforce and will require a signature. Our suppliers use a combination of DPD, UPS and Parcelforce. We will confirm by email when your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of the UK.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your products you have 15 days to return it, we can offer a refund transferred the same way you paid, a credit note which can be redeemed online or exchange. However, we do not refund delivery charges and it is the customers cost to have it sent back.

Please note: Items need to be in original packaging and ready to be resold otherwise we are not able to refund or exchange.

 

Please note the items coming direct from our supplier are special order, therefore, we cannot return these. (This information can be found on each individual item.)

 

Refund or replacement will be received if an item is found faulty. If any items are found faulty please inform us within 24 hours by email with a photograph, so we may deal with a replacement straight away. If items are reported after this 24 hours we will try to deal with a replacement but have to work with policies of our suppliers also. 

Please email us with your invoice number, whether you are looking to return an item or it is damaged and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Sale items are non refundable

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible, as we aim to get items sent out/ordered with our suppliers within two days of receiving your order.
